I got a DV88 with firmware 1.81 and LO16.
I cant seem to get it to play my DVD+R probably.
Some DVD it wont even start, just say NO DISK, and those i get to start stops several times through the movie.
The DVD runs perferct on my daughters 70$ player.
I have tried DVD-R and DVD-RW, DVD +RW and those it just say NO DISK or BAD DISK.
If anyone got it to work PLEASE let mw know, im thinking about give my DV88 to the lake outside

If anyone can tell me any special brand of DVD+(-)R they used with succes please let me know.
I heard that the problem is with the LOXX loader.
Is that true??
