I have the Icestorm 5 paint from B&Q and painted a small 50" screen I had spare for my new projector and I am very pleased with the results. However the screen I want is roughly 80" by 54" which will fit nicely in the house.

Where did you get the 8 foot material from?, I presume it was MDF?. I trying to find a local timber merchant near Solihull/Birmingham area who can deliver the thing to the house!.

    Cheers<br />James

    Hi James,

My homemade screen is a fabric affair stretched over a wooden frame.

I think the painted screens are more for the LCD/DLP PJ's which a much brighter.

    Cheers

    Tim
