If you want to pop a quick one on there you can normally do it through your isp with the free web space they give you and you build it on-line with there software. You can do this in about 1 hour this one I done myself on-line using Lineone.net MY HOMECINEMA SITE
I am doing a better one off-line using "Hotdog" software then once done you have to upload it using something like cute ftp. It is harder and takes longer this way but you get better results. Hope this is some use to you.

I did mine through zyweb, part of freeserve. Its free, but only for 30 days. I have to pay about £4.00 a month for it now, so I think I'll probably get rid of it. I don't know if other free providers are only for a limited period? be interested to know. Not being particularly computer literate, I took what seemed the easiest option.
