    Hi all,

I have a current 7.1 channel setup but am changing house and would like some advise on what would be optimal for A/V.
I have a 46" 3D TV. My front Left and Right are floor standing towers, with the remaining center, surround-left/right and Surround Back-Left/Right satellite speakers.
My new place A/V room is about 24 feet X 13 feet. (296"x156") Furniture can be adjusted/placed as required. For optimal A/V I'm not sure whether to use the room in length (in which case its like a long room and the TV goes in the center of the 13 feet wall) and the seating distance from the TV is flexible (possibly about 12 feet away) and the satellite speakers on the walls. Or if the TV should be in the center of the 24 feet wall then the side surrounds (if wall mounted) will be at quite a large distance from the listening position.
    Room layout picture attached below.
    Any ideas?
