Holo3Dgraph card compatibility.. ?

I was planning to build a HCPC with a Holo3Dgraph card to do the deinterlacing of DVD / Sky+ and feed into LOEWE TV with a VGA module to get progressive scan.

(I tried it the TV with a iScan Pro already - and it was fantastic)

Reason for the HCPC is also so I can record / copy stuff onto the PC for editing and subsequent burning to CD / DVD

BUT...
I just thought of something... the refresh rates.

MY PC appears to only go down to 60 Hz refresh rate, whereas the deinterlaced PAL sources going through the Holo3D card would be 50 Hz, right ?

So does it mean that a PC won't be able to output the PAL signals at 50 Hz ?
or is it just a case of finding a graphic card which WILL GO DOWN to 50 Hz
(or are they configurable for 'custom' refresh rates ?

cheers

You can use powerstrip to define custom refresh rates such as 50Hz. Your display device must be able to support it though.

I have an Aconda with the older chassis, the VGA connection can only be used at 60Hz.
