    sorry if this is in the wrong bit but,im looking to import a jvc hmdh40000u hi def video player from the usa,and i don't know where to get a power converter.(if that is what its called).
    any info would be great.thanks!

    Suprised it isn't dual voltage!!!

    You should be able to get one from maplins m8..

    yeah, Maplins do them. Make sure you get one that's minimum 100watts (around £25 ish)
