    Hi All
does anybody have HK 630 and sytem audio 1730 tower speakers?
will towers be a big improvment over my Jamo statalite speakers?
will the HK have a problem to drvie 4 ohm speakers?

    thanks

The HK won't have a problem driving 4 Ohm rated speakers as it has a very good power supply. Can't comment on the speakers you mention as I've never heard them.

I own the HK AVR 630 and it drives my mission floorstanders with ease - although they're 6ohm, rather than 4. In particular dialogue is very clear and punchy sounding via my KEF 100c, which is also 6ohm.

If you're worried by the 75 watt power rating, don't be. There's 75 watts and 75 watts, if you know what I mean. My old Yamaha was rated at about the same output (70 wpc), but the HK blows it away.
