    Hi all,

I need some help urgently, I purchased my TV from John Lewis 12/2001, so its been a while.

Its developed a tilt at the bottom of the screen and the top by about 4mm. As Hitatchi tell me that as it is not over 6mm, this is acceptable.

Does anyone have this TV, if so do you have this same fault. I have tried my very best to inform them that is it not acceptable, as this fault was created by the engineers that fixed my TV because the TV went in for repair for a blurry picture.

I have been told its my word against the engineers that fixed the problem, who inturn created this tilt, but do not accept blame. Hence I will have to live with it.

Does anyone know how a tilt could of been caused?

    Some help, would be great.

    Cheers,

    Jay
