I have a Denon 2910 [hdmi-dvi] to hitachi plasma. The plasma will only accept 1080i [interlaced] with pal dvd's with this connection. Would I get a better picture using top notch component video cable using progressive scan?

Also have any other owners of hitachi 42pd5200 had problems with 480p via dvi input?

    Please help I am confused?
