Surprised this hasn't been pounced on by now.
somebody did show us this a while ago not this link though so thanks for that. im a tx-100 owner so its interesting to read. 5000:1 contrast ration, yum yum
think i wil be upgrading come new year or sooner and wanted a sony but this may change my mind
i cant waitt....
Anyone care to speculate on probable price???
Suggested Retail is 2,000.00 EUR = £1,365.62
This is a 3000:1 Contrast Ratio unit not 5000:1 as suggested via the OP's link based on these other sites.
Here are some other links I found via google....
Hitachi Press Release
German Press Release (in German obviously)
Hope that helps a bit
These new generation of lcd projectors are really upping the contrast stakes.
But the sony still had 6000:1 not seen it though
If it looks the same as the TX100, I wonder if I can sneak one past the wife un-noticed...
Just send your old one away for a service and tell her they broke it and they'll be replacing it with a new one
LCD Panel : Epson D5 ? Whats the question mark for?, surely they are not going to use last generation lcd panels.
Does that mean you will change your user name
True, but at least it appears that other lcd manufacturers are now using the same or similar technology.
Separate names with a comma.
