    Anyone got a Hitachi C28WF540 TV. If so, is it any good??

    You may as well get the dry solder joints repaired when you buy it. Save you taking it back to the shop for repair when it starts dropping into stand-by mode like all Hitachi TVs. :mad:

    Whats happened to Hitachi recently? I cant find any of the Natura TV's that were gaining rave revies last year, and theres doenst seem to be any talk of a new range out any time soon.

    Oatmeal, that's exactly what happened to my mums set, the set was under warranty, and the comet engineer resoldered one of the pcb's. He blamed it on poor soldering on the production line.
    Took him 20 mins to fix, no problems since.
