Hitachi Plasma Tuner

I recently lived in Japan and while out there I bought a Hitachi Plasma TV which came with an external TV tuner. Now living in the UK I am unable to use it to it's fullest. Is there a place where I can purchase just the external TV tuner in the UK? Any other ideas would be appreciated as well!
