    Hi

I've just been offered a 2nd hand C32pd3000 which I'm assured is in good nick(about 9 months old) for a grand. Is this a good deal and is this plasma any good?

    Thanks

For a grand it could be a deal. Check it running though, that age Hitachi are prone to premature phosphor wear, shows as a greyish 'mist', 'cloud' whatever over the middle of the screen. If it's been run at high contrast it could be a problem, they need looking after.
