Hitachi 42PD8700

I'm looking for a 42" plasma, 1080 lines and came across this for about £875 delivered.

I can only find one review which that it was excellent.

Any comments on this or Hitachi in general?

Cheers - as I have Telewest HD, I won't be needing the freeview bit, so can get the 8600. Save me a few quid!!

Hmmm - Comet evryone else want £999 online. The 8700 seems to be cheaper.

Was yours a special for £799?

I saw it advertised on tv the night before and just nipped in for a look. They had one left in that store and it was the first day of the deal. Might now have sold out seen it's up at £999 too...
