    Hi board,
Will I get it to fit in the car, moving seats etc. Even keeping boot open and tie it down some how..
I`m looking at Richer Vision, I phoned them earlier and they have it in stock, but can`t guarantee anything if I don`t stand it upright! Which is fair enough!!!
I did read on a board recently, that it is an un- founded fact.. about the plasmas, gas etc!!

I had read in a thread recently that Richer Sounds were well used to calling black taxi cabs for people to take plasmas home. Because of the height of the taxis plasmas could be kept upright, so keeping RS sweet. If you are only a relatively short distance from the store, this might be an option.

I had the 7500 delivered last week. The marks on the box indicate it should be kept upright.

And it needs two people to lift it ! (Sorry if i'm stating the obvious)

Great choice got mine coming on Monday - do you mean Richer Sounds - how much are you paying?

I got mine from this place - great price at £1533 inc delivery AND the Hitachi wall bracket. Otherwise anywhere between £1415-£1430 for the 7200 inc. delivery.

CFC1 - will do no problem. In fact I'll start up up new 7200 owners thread for us to post our views, questions, installation progress etc.

As soon as it arrives, I'll be doing a quick set up to test Sky, DVD, PS2 connectivity and PQ but I'll (somehow) have to be patient then as I've got quite a bit of prep work to do before being able to wall mount it (remove fireplace, cut holes for cables, re-plaster over fireplace, paint etc etc. All this on top of my job and 3 kids, plus I'm not DIY expert so will have to get people in to do some of it.

Reckon its gonna take about 2-3 weeks before I've actually got it on the wall and watching day-to-day........

What have you got to do to set up yours?

Not me Paulker. But spookily enough I did have a Seat Leon up until last year, then the wife made me swap for (ahem) a Seat Altea. (Actually not a bad motor!)

 Rickyjohn ..I'm beginning to like you more and more now that I know you support those Chelsea whipping boys. Bring it on.

As a favour to ALL the PD7200 owners on this forum, I will post my expert configuration for the picture settings:)

Anyone interested? It took me ages to get this just right, even the VGA port for xbox 360.

    Component AV4 settings

    Contrast setting DYNAMIC
    Contrast +1
    Brightness -4
    colour -4
    hue -1
    Sharpness -5
    Black enhancment OFF

    VGA (RGB2) settings for xbox360

    Contrast +8
    brightness -1
    Colour +5

    Turn off xvga,xwga
And set the frequency mode to MOVIE.

If you dont set it to movie, the frame rate will suffer.

Have fun, and if anyone has a better settings, let me know and i'll try it:thumbsup:

    Enjoy you PD's

Im a bit concerned about the DYNAMIC setting - particulalrly if the set is new. I understand the recommendation is to keep contrast and brightness low for a while to prevent screen burn.
