Hitachi 42PD7200 and Alphason AG94/2 Help?

I have recently purchased a 42PD7200 and the Aplhason AG94/2.

I can't see any way of fitting this TV to the stand.

I have spoken to Alphason who are sending me some spacers but I'm still not sure this will work.

Has anybody else got this combination?

Comet have promised a refund for the stand within the first seven days.
I have had it since last Sunday. (Gutted its still not set up !) Spacers will probably arrive tomorrow.

I am not going to get a chance to check if I can mount it using the spacers before the seven days are up.

Should I just get the refund and order a normal stand that the TV can sit on? Thing is I prefer the AG94/2 as it has the cable tidy built in.

Help please?

After discussions with Alphason they sent me a large number of plastic spacers.
I didn't feel it would be very secure so got a refund on the Alphason and got a flat top glass stand instead. Glad because I now use the motorized swivel quite regularly.
