    Hi all,

I hope somebody can give me some information.

I just got my new Hitachi 42PD5200 television, and i'am verry happy with it.

Normally its connected with my Pioneer DV737 throug the component output and i got a nice picture (not top), now yesterday i have bought a dvd player the samsung HD935 with dvi output and it can send 1080i through it.

Now i have connected it and its a little better then the connection with component through my old pioneer dv737.

What am i doing wrong ? Does anybody have some good advice or some settings to get a nice picture :)

Or do i need a other dvd player that can send 1080i throug component or something please tell me.

    Thank you verry much.

    Best Regards,
    Andy
