I recently [out of boredom] played around with my preset colour temp settings. I had them set on warm [6,500k] this is supposed to be the correct setting according to dve. I have been watching my plasma set like this for months and and always wandered why whites look slightly pinkish and grey looks off colour. I have recently set it to normal [7,300k] and the picture has improved [to my eyes] drastically. Cleaner, more accurate colours. I think this plasma prefers cooler colours.

Has anybody out there had there hitachi 42pd5200 ISF calibrated and would you be kind enough the list the colour temp. settings or the individual colour temp settings in the user set menu.

    Please help!
