Hitachi 42PD3000 & JS products - anyone using this combination?

    - do any Hitachi 42PD3000 owners use any of the JS products?

    If so, which do you use, and is there a visible difference in PQ?

    Sorry what's a JS product?

    I have the 42PD3000 so will be reading this thread with interest to see if there's a trick i'm missing :rolleyes:

    I don't think they will work with the PD3000, but there are other people on this forum who know more about them than I (Dr John himself for one).

    If I recall, the VGA converter won't work, although I read that it is possible to conifgure the port to accept Component; partly why I ask.

    The RGB -> Component is supposed to be OK with Hitachi's; again, I ask since I am interested in the quality of results.
