I don't have that trouble, NTL looks great on mine... Are all the scarts in completely? Not got a loose connection or anything?

Want to list some of your settings? (although I can't think of any that would do that to the colour if you're not using any colour management)

That's not too dissimilar to what I've got... Top to bottom, these are my settings:

    Picture:

    Natural
    Contrast +15
    Brightness -5
    Colour -3
    Sharpness -15
    Colour Temp Normal
    Contrast Mode Normal
    Backlight 0

    Picture menu 2:

    Everything off

    Picture menu 3:

    Colour Temp Adjust

Everything 0 (top 3 all the way to right, bottom 3 all centred)

    Colour Management

    Magenta +40
    Red +33
    Yellow +26
    Green +30
    Cyan +22
    Blue +40

    Colour Decoding set to RGB

    Red +33
    Green +33
    Colour -3

Ignoring Audio, Function and Timer, obviously

    Setup menu:

    System 1

    Video Input

    AV1 Composite
    AV4 Auto

That is just about every picture-related setting I've got on my set when on RGB scart for NTL. For me these settings give an excellent picture. The colour management ones should be the default I think, but check that they're the same, something funny might have happened to them.

Failing this, have you tried changing cables?
