Hi Folks:
I have a Hisense Android TV Model: 5087HG. Every time I turn it on it shows up as a new multimedia device on my network in Windows 10 "Devices & Printers". ie: there are hundreds of "ghost" copies of the "androidTV" device. (image is attached) I had it set to a reserved DHCP address on my network, then set it as a static IP on my
network - neither of which helped with this issue.
This is a major problem as I have multiple computers and VMs on my network all showing these "ghost" devices. Have not found an easy way to delete them other than to do them one at a time - hugely time consuming! It appears that all these devices list the same MAC address and IP address under properties, but the "Unique Identifier" is slightly different each time. Anyone have any ideas as to how to stop this bizarre behaviour?
Best regards, Dave Melnyk
