My hisense smart TV is H39A5600 its stuck in the logo screen. It was working yesterday. Any help please. 9pm

There's a single multi-function button on the underside.

I am not getting any response from the button. Changed the batteries in the remote and tested it on my mobile phone its working. But not working with my TV.

Only got it last year for the caravan. I got it from currys cannot find my receipt. Just my luck.
