Pretty sure this is an Xbox 1 S bug. A lot of people have it even not with this TV

anyone got any good Callbrations for the 65" Tv for watching netflix and playing games?

They are currently just set to their default of game and dynamic...But they dont feel quite right so if anyone can help out that would be ace :)

cheers

i have the 58, when playing forza horizon 3 hdr, I stick it on dynamic, looks amazing

Netflix on the shield has a few more things in hdr now , daredevil says hdr but can't select hdr mode on the tv

After the update my Logitech remote no longer works properly with the dynamic inputs. I tried logitech and they gave me some to test but they didn't work, so asked me to speak with Hisense. I spoke to Hisense UK today and they weren't able to help directly, but said that they would resubmit a request for the TV codes including the direct input IR codes to go to Harmony. I won'tp hold my breath, but thought someone else in the same position might find useful.

What firmware have you update your TV to ?

Will be interested to hear any outcome. I have a Logitech touch and can't get the input source changes working either.

Mikefly, Could you tell me full HDR setting in 818 firmware, with Advanced Picture Settings:
• Display
• OverScan
• Tint
• Sharpness
• Noise Reduction
• Color Temperature
• White Balance (native or bt.709)
• Color Tuner

Mikefly, thanks!
I tried playback Mad Max UHD (without HDR) rip on 905 firmware with Brightness Contrast and Color from 818 and this was very dark. Now I want to try with full settings from 818

Me with G818 mad max, The 5th wave (UHD HDR) or Netflix HDR it's very dark too. I have to increase the contrast

I have not received my UHD disc with Mad Max for test on Xbox One S
I tested 4k UHDRip on my mediaplayer Himedia Q10Pro this is copy without HDR

if I disables the HDR in the console I have the same picture as the video.

I hope to soon get a disc and I'll check for xbox updates
yesterday I received update for blu-ray player in xbox

With contrast at 70 it's good. Not dark.

a update is out for this...but that doesn't work for me
It doesn't work for me either, we'll just have to wait for Microsoft/Netflix to fix it. My NVIDIA Shield TV displays HDR correctly without dimming the picture.

yes with my bluray UHD too, it's dark... I play with the contrast, so that the image is clear :(
