It's now available to order (£799) from amazon, richer sounds, ETC.

£735 on AO now

I posted the deal on hukd and then hesitated!

I emailed AO this hour asking for a cheeky retrospective deal!

They said no! I wonder how many people got one. :(

That says it's HDR and uses a 10bit panel.

We have had the pleasure to have a room full of TVs this spring so we have done several side-by-side tests. DX900 is obviously much more expensive but compared to DX750, Sony XD85, and TVs like Philips 7101 that all claim to support HDR (but are not "UHD Premium" certified), we need to say that only DX900 convinced us that HDR can be done on LCD TVs. HDR on mid-range TVs is not necessarily a good thing. Sometimes it does more harm than good simply because mid-range TVs lack the hardware.

Is the 65M5500 better than the 65K5510? It's £100 cheaper on RS but I understand it's a newer model right?

I just thought it was black and maybe a slight tweak somewhere

An earlier post suggested RS had advised them it was a better panel. Not available at many stores tho, or by phone or online. Yes it's the 2016 model. No idea why they've increased the price on the 5510 tho?

Where from? Or do you mean £769

Hi. I went with AO.com. £799, but use "get40" to get £40 off. It says that voucher ends tomorrow , but there's always some voucher it seems. Think it's also 2% cash back with Quidco too. Mine has tracked at £15.98 anyway. So £743 potentially. Hope that helps? Cheers.

Well i have mine and gotta say its a brilliant set for the money, picture is amazing and the sound is that good ive got rid of my sony soundbar.

Quidco actually tracked at 1%, so £7.59, making £47.59 off. Bargain at less than £752.

not done anything other than the sound settings and turned down the contrast to 40%

Damn, just ordered one off AO. GET40 worked, will see if TB tracks.

Should do for a kitchen TV.
