      How can Hisence expect person to buy their product with faith that they would get the support and back up when needed. I have a H65M700 and in Oct 2018 I would have had this for 2 years, within the first 6 months I identified bugs with the software, I have countless times spoken to engineers , phone calls, emails, tweets you name it and all have fallen on deaf ears.

      Would I buy another Hisence TV, the answer is never how ever good a product is its only as good as the support when it goes wrong.
