Hikvision nvr app problem ?

I have set up at a relatives house a hikvision NVR that has 8 cameras and had it setup to be able to see all 8 cameras via the app on iPhone and android.
worked fine for months, then just recently I can only see one camera via app, still able to see all cameras on local monitor and they show online when logged into the nvr.

any suggestions for why they aren’t showing up on app?

I have the app and you have the option to show only one camera or all cameras, maybe it’s something simple like that

Thank you for the idea,

I also have my home NVR viewable from the app, and am pretty familiar with switching to different cameras, even have a couple PTZ on mine that I can manipulate from app.

the relatives NVR has only one camera available in the app when all of them were available not long ago.

i have also looked to make sure the resolution is same on all his cameras output from NVR to web to see if that’s the problem, as he does have relatively slow internet.
