Hikvision 8MP Hikvision DS-2CD2385G1-I reset

I have two 8MP Hikvision DS-2CD2385G1-I cameras connected to my DS-7608NI-K2/8P Hikvision - 8 Channel NVR .

I had to reset settings to default on my NVR and when i click on camera in settings menu they show but will not connect.

Any ideas what to do?

When you reset to default, do you mean you reset the whole NVR to factory settings? If you did this I presume you did it with all of the cameras unplugged?

Yes the whole NVR to factory default. unfortunately I did not unplug all the cameras

That is your problem. You will need to unplug all of your cameras and do another factory reset. Having the cameras plugged in during a factory reset can cause problems with the internal DHCP for the cameras. You ALWAYS start with nothing plugged in and one camera at a time.
