I have an xD card which shops are the best to take them to for print quality, price and service?

I use to take my old films for developing to Boots and they were about £7 for 1 hour printing and about £5 for 7 days, this was on a 36 exposure film. How do they go on with xD cards do they print there and then or do they send them away and if so how do you go on with the card if they lose it?

I know Boots do 50 for a fiver but not sure if they take xD cards - I don't think I would trust them with my xD card because if they loose it or you have to wait 3 days for the photos then you can't take any more unless you have spare xD's. I think it may be better to put them onto a CD or CDRW if you have a CD writer.

In jessops you stick your card in the machine it loads them then you take the card. So you're not without a card

yes, you can do it at Boots, and you don't have to leave your card, just insert it, choose your pics, print them, take your card out and pay!

Yes I was going to do that, crop them that is not suck eggs.

    What price do Jessops charge?
I too though the £5 for 50 a good price. Do Boots print them there and then or do you have to go back an other day?

In a recent camera magazine I read Jessops had an offer on for £6.99 for 50 7x5" but it was the 3 day service I think, I'll root the magazine out and have a look..

I popped in Boots today and asked them about their offer and was told the £5 for 50 prints is a 24 hour service. You leave your card with them. All prints above 50 are still 10p.
