I need to fabricate some cables of various lengths/types & am wondering where to source high quality plugs/sockets etc.

Will need 15 pin d-sub connectors (male & female) with metal bodies, decent quality phono plugs, 3.5mm stereo plugs & other assorted connectors.

Can't really see much on Maplin etc., especially HQ metal bodied d-subs.

Not wanting to spend a fortune either but someone must know a decent supplier like VDC etc.?

Perhaps CPC? Their web page has become a bit of a pain to navigate but I'll try and have a flick through the actual catalogue later and come up with some product codes. :)

I have about 8 of these lying about at home, looking for either a new project or a new home  PM if interested of course.

Drop me a note if you require anything from the VDC catalogue.

    Best regards
