Hi all, i have a lot 7 mm hq triple screened coax left over and im wondering if this can be used as audio leads. I currently have the bog standard red and white leads (about 2 mm thick). has anyone done this?

Cheers

The'll be fine as long as you're able to fit physically correct or appropriate connectors onto them for whatever equipment or devices are being connected at each end.

Cheers for reply, will they be better quality than standard audio leads or will they just be adequate for the job?

Properly terminated they will be less prone to interference and at least equal to the quality of mid-market leads and probably better.
