High Definition TV on Black Gold Dual DVB-T ??

I am running Vista with a Black Gold DVB-T with Media Centre.

I am quite amazed with the picture quality as it is, but I was wondering what I had to do to view HD? I am tuned into the Crystal Palace transmitter, which I believe is transmitting an HD signal.

What would I have to do, regarding this H.264 decoder etc? Is this possible? I heard that a lot of graphics card/processor power is needed?

Cheers
