Basically, is there such a thing?

I had my Pioneer PDP505XDE delivered last night, and its drop dead gorgeous.
I can't afford a system of seperates just yet, so I'm looking for the best all in one system. Clearly, judging by these forums, the Denon 500/550 are the way to go.
But, is there a HD all in one system available, or will there be anytime soon?

    Thanks,
    Parm

You'd be hard pushed to find a High Definition anything right now - later this year you'll see Blu-ray HD and HD DVD players launched in the UK; though expect to pay top dollar for either system.

Early in 2006 you'll have the option of SKY HD - again though you'll require a NEW box and HD subscription.

It'll be a while before HD gets into the budget end of the market and I'm sure too the software will be expensive to begin with.

If you can find an 'all-in-one' that sports an HDMI Video out that may be a step forward over RGB or YUV.

    Best regards

    Joe
