Hifidelio & Wireless Security WPA?

Hi All,

I've just purchased a 160gb of the Hifidelio music server for my father for Xmas.

Is there a firmware upgrade or a setting Im missing to allow WPA-PSK security rather than bog standard WEP? I use WPA-PSK for my laptop at the moment so it would be great not to have to change laptop & router back to WEP (less secure).

I've had a quick look on google but their forums are in german :O as was my unit when it arrived

My router in case anyone else has one is a Netgear WGT634U

Cheers

If you are going to copy a huge amount of music onto it, you might want to use a wired connection initially. Copying 150GB using the 100 Mbit wired connection takes about 24 hours. The throughput of wireless is generally much lower than that.

Many thanks for that Simon - everything now working great with WPA.

I only wanted the wireless setup so that the internet radio, cd database stuff to work to be honest. I've got my music on my PC for my iPod. My dad is a bit old for Jay-Z etc I think :)
