4 weeks ago i order a dlp pj.
they tell me 2 day for delivery.
2 weeks after stay no projector.
i cancel my order and the finance agreement and by my projector from another dealer .
4 weeks after hifibitz just send me the pj ad canel and ask for payment.
they try to force me to it and argue that i sign the order form .
they were very rude on the phone and try really hard to do the deal.
finaly my wife told them that i ave 7 daythe to cancel after delivery.
anyway .now i ave a pj that i don t want and not pay for and waiting for
    arranging pick up.
when i phone no one is there to speak .
    wat can i do?
i don t want to pay for the return delivery.

Your wife is correct about the 7 day cancellation period, it should be in writing. More info HERE I suggest you send a letter immediately and get some form of postal receipt. They can ask you to pay the costs of returning the PJ but this MUST be provided as written conditions beforehand.

    Edited to add:
Having looked at the website they offer a 14 day no quibble return policy anyway, which makes me confused when you say they wanted you to accept the unit?? Are you just comcerned about the cost of return delivery?

    Hi Fred,

I had terrible trouble with Sound & Vision Online with getting a refund. They had collected goods two weeks after return of goods & they had agreed to refund.
They said it would take a few days to get it back on my credit card. I was ringing
and leaving messages, which they never returned or each time I spoke to them
they said I would get it in a few days.

Anyway, what I did was get the trading standards involved. You are completely
within your rights to return within 7 days. And since, from what I read, you cancelled before you took delivery of the projector you definitely shouldn't have to pay any courier costs.

Once trading standards got onto them I got my money after two weeks. This is the best way to go definitely. Just ring your local council who will put you in touch.
They will call you back in a couple of days & it will be sorted. :)

    Good luck,

    Tim.
