Hiding Wires and Hi-Fi/AV Rack help.

Hi, going to re-do my room and want to hide my wires when I re-wall mount my TV, I will have a Hi-Fi rack in a corner, right now I have some D-Line conduit/trunking but its way too visible, I want something less visible, but dont think I can put them in the wall, anyone know what else I could do to hide the wires?

also does anyone know where I could get a REALLY cheap AV rack, just for my PS3 and Receiver, 3 shelves would be good but 2 is ok, everytime I search they all come to £80+
