I've been checking out some of your install pics, and in most you have AV equip off to one side, with the plasma panel on the wall - how on earth do you run the cables so they are hidden? Gouge out trenches in the wall then re-plaster?

Wireless, Panasonic got a WLAN board for their 7-series.

I think most make a cut in the wall and put them in, a bit of work to do but it gets nice in the end.

Yes you can do it that way.

Or another way I have seen as posted on "Get Your Plasmas Out For The Lads" is to run them down chrome tubing, so in effect it looks as though the screen is being supported by them. Terminating in some kind of AV unit. Or you could go the way I did it and to build a false chimney breast. 2 battens on the wall, either full length or starting under the screen. MDF panel fixed to the battens, then fixings concealed. then decorate panel to match rest of room or make a feature of it. Then run cables behind the MDF sheet, again terminating at an AV unit.

Something for you to think about.
