    WOW! That's interesting. It seems the one who posted to Google forum is the same person who sent comments to Amazon user feedback on the product. Could that be the problem of an unfortunate delivery that had gone wrong or they are all rubblish. Just wonder!

    Well HiSpace are cheap and cheerful and not associated with quality, just cheap in quantity, so it wasn't a surprise to me.

    The description about the packaging sounds like even the gentlest of deliveries would have caused damaged.

    The mention of "jam" is extremely bad bonding of the discs which isn't caused by any bad delivery, but very bad manufacture. If you are still tempted to buy them after that report, then you only have yourself to blame :lesson: In all seriousness, I wouldn touch them with a barge poll, let alone a DVD Recorder.

    I asked the same question here.

    After reading this thread though I will definately steer clear of them and stick with the Verbatim 8X I have been using (not a single coaster).
