I'm reprogramming an AMX system to add control of an HP VP6120 projector provided by the customer. However this projector seems to have no decrete ON and OFF power control in the RS232 protocol, just a toggling power function instead. If this is the case I need to get feedback from the projector to the AMX to tell the AMX if the projector is on or off. However, as far as I can tell the projector does not have any protocol for reading via RS232 the state of the projector. All this is rather annoying and HP haven't been much help. Does anyone out there know if:
    a) this projector has any descrete power ON and OFF RS232 codes and
    b) it is possible to find via RS232 (or even any other way) if the projector is on or off.

    Many thanks in anticipation.
