    If you sign up for cdwow's free 14 day dvd' rental trial as long as you cancel at the end of the FULL 14 day's they send you a voucher so you can buy hero from them for £2!!!!!!!!!!!!! :clap:

    A:At the end of your free trial, we will give you a voucher which will let you buy the region 3 DVD of 'Hero' for only £2. All you have to do is stay with us for the length of the free trial to qualify.

    if you stay for the length of the free trial then you will be charged £14.99. You have to quit during the free trial in order to escape the first monthly charge.

    Yep! but for that small "hassle" you get 2 weeks of free DVD' rentals of of course Hero for £2 :smashin: They even tell you the date you need to cancel in your confirmation email.So if you dont wont to keep your membership you wont be charged.


    Right I signed up today,now theconfirmation email tell's me I need to cancel by 13/10/04 as on 14/10/04 I will be charged.Notice though If I cancel before I get charged I.E on the 13/10/04 I have still done the 14 day trail and will recive said voucher:smoke:

    Bahhhh emailed cdwow because of thier confusing wording on the offer and got back this reply.........:(

    I knew you would have to become a member!

    Did anybody else notice that in the e-mail CD wow sent to you the picture of hero was actually a region one version? You could see on the cover Quentin Tarantino presents!

    Still, seems a good deal to me.
    Even if you sign up, pay for one month, then cancel, you get:
    Six weeks of DVD rental a copy of Hero.

    For the cost of £16.99 (or £11.99 for the bronze)

    I’m signing up for the trial anyway. If any one else is already a member let me know your email address (PM me) and I’ll put you down as my referral then you get a months free subscription. Seems reasonable as this is where I was referred from :thumbsup:
