Help!!!!

    Manual screen just installed

    screen now locked in position fully down .I am unable to get back up in the home position

    is there a overide type thing that i can do to get it to work (by taking off the side brackets to show the workings?)

    Have you tried, pulling down the screen while banging the top case?

    I had a manual screen and had terrible trouble getting it back up. The only way I could get it back into the casing was to pull on the tab very sharply and let it roll back up by itself (ie, dont hold it on the way up). this made a rather large bang when it hit the top, but it was the only way it worked. i ended up taking it back to get an electric one.
