If you want somewhere were you can upload photos and both you and others you grant access to can print them and have them delivered then I hear this is a pretty good service...

Well mate, if your somewhere else in europe then Pixmania might be able to help you, they deal a lot in europe and keep sending me emails about developing, they have some good offers on at the moment
