Ok here is my situation: I currently have a home theatre system (Panasonic sa-ht520), Digital surround headphone system (Sony mdr-ds6500), a recently purchased Ministry of sound turntable (MOSTT1000), with a separately purchased pre amp.

I am hoping for advice on buying an amp, that I can then plug into the above sound system, as well as plug into my Sony headphone system.

I do not want to spend TOO much at this stage, but I would eventually like the ability to UPGRADE the turntable if the one I have it not sufficient, in terms of sound quality.

My understanding of it all is: I know I need an amp, but I want to be able to use the above sound system and headphones.

Is this possible? if so, what amp should I be looking at, and are their any other considerations I should be making that I am not aware of?
