I know there are many scart threads, and I have searched them, but I can't seem to find what i want.

I recently upgraded my home kit, and have the following:

    Panasonic 32PH40 tv
    Panasonic DVD-XV10 dvd player
    Sky digibox (Grundig)
    Panasonic vcr

Now I am currently using all standard scart cables, that came with the various pieces of equipment. The thing is, I really want better picture quality from my dvd player and digibox, vcr quality i am not to concerned about.

So I was thinking of buying two new scart cables to connect to my sky box and dvd via rgb.
The thing is i can't spend more then £60-80 total for both.
Can anyone recomend some could cables?
If i can only spend this amount, is it even worth it?

Are these ones any good: Supra FS for £31
(go to www.supradirect.co.uk and click on video cables, then fully wired)

I really appreciate any help given.

    Thank you! :)

Thor Fully wired scart cables are good and cost £40ish each. Available at Maplins. Make sure you have your Digibox and DVD set to output RGB as they be on composite. And that they are in the RGB scart, normally AV1
Never heard or Supra cables myself.
I use Lektropacks for cables.Scarts are £5-£50 so within your budget.
If you are not using RGB that will be the biggest Boost. If you are i suggest buying from a retailer that will let you return them if results are not satisfactory.

Phenom, thanx for that. Those scarts are well priced, but will they show a significant improvement in picture quality, is it really worth paying £35 for 2?

I got the Thor cables from TLC. Paid for 2 - 3 day delivery and they turned up next day!

The cables need running in for around 100 hrs - but the results after are truly noticable on my Sony 32FX66 from both by Sky Digibox and my Panasonic A360 DVD player. Well worth the £35 or so.

Also going to buy a Monster cable for my PS/2 to boost the quaility on that.
