Help with Pio 436XDE multiscreen function

Hi Guys,

Can I get some help with the multiscreen and picture in picture functions.

Curremtly watching SKY into RGB input one. Have loft aerial into digital RF in and then digital RF out to Sky box RF in, then sky box RF out to PC tuner. Are you still with me?

When I press mutliscreen button on remote the screen splits in two with the sky picture on the left and the analogue BBC1 on right with no picture as I have nothing going into analogue RF in.

Should I not see the Sky channel on the left and the PIO freeview channel on the right?

The picture from both sky on RGB and the Pio's digital freeview is very good indeed but I just can't understand why I can't view both. It says in the manual that I should be able to.

Do I have to adjust something somewhere in the menu?

Any advice appreciated.

I know you probably are aware of this but the picture on the left is the active screen. Have you tried pressing black white with arrows button (2 right of input 5) to make the digital tv signal the active screen. Then you should be able to select a viewable freeview tv channel.

Thanks mate, I'll check when I get home later. Have you got an aerial lead going in and out of all inputs / outputs on the Media box. ie analogue input and digital input / output?

I don't even own an aerial. 8(
