    Hi all,

just gone from Sky+ to v+. Must admit at first I was really disappointed that there is only 1 hd channel having been sold on the idea to move because it had so many channels as told by the VM rep on the phone.

My old Sky set up used to send the vhf up to the loft and go to all the t.v's in the house via the booster. However, I have plugged the v+ box in the same manner and I cannot tune any of the t.v's to it. Is there a hidden engineers menu as like the sky+ unit? If so where is it. Or can I not use the VHF out because I have hd turned on??

One thing I will say about the v+ box compared to sky+, it is very slow at scrolling through menu's etc.

However, as I'm now saving over £60 per month on the switch over I think it's really good value!

Can anyone help me on the VHF output issue? Any help would be most welcome.

    Welcome to the forums

I'm not 100% on this, but I believe that if you use the HDMI on the V+ box, all other methods are disabled.
Probably just so they can charge extra for multi-room.
