could anyone recommend a cd player and amp to match my beloved focals, i have a pair 816v floor standers, pair 806v stand mounters and a 800cc centre.
its currently driven by arcam alpha 8se cd player and an alpha 8 amp or if i change round, a yammy 1065 av amp,
I mainly listen to pink floyd and guitar bands etc but i think the focal/arcam combo is a little too warm for me and i now would like something with a bit more attack and bigger sound stage without being harsh or brash, second hand or lasts years model doesnt bother me. hifi shop said sugden but too much over budget poss cyrus??????
