Recently purchased a PM7200, and was wondering about how to connect to speakers. There are 4 sets of speaker terminals on the back of the amp (A, B, A+B), and I was going to biwire to my front speakers. I thought the easiest way of doing this would be to connect to all four sets and always run the amp on A+B.

Is there any disadvantage in sound quality im doing this? Also, does the Class A mode work across both sets?

what you are suggesting is bi-amping, not bi-wiring.

I doubt you'll see any improvement from this set-up too be honest though....

Class A makes no difference to sound quality at all.

How can it be bi-amping, that would need 2 amps not 1 with 2 speaker outputs. In answer to your question i would use the a terminals just marked (A) because the other will be switched.
