Hi just wanted a bit of advise.
I am so planning on putting some kef ci200qr ceiling speakers on a new sonos amp.
I was wondering/thinking I may add an extra set of speakers to fill the area. My question is really, would a pair of ci200qr and ci160qr work ok. Only real difference is one has a 8” driver while the other is a 6.5” both in the same range. Area will be a kitchen 6m x 3.5m.

I have a slightly bigger room, about 7.5 x 4.5 with two 8" speakers on the kitchen side of the room and don't feel the need for any more, even when we have the doors open up and are sitting outside. That said, I can't say if I would have liked the sound better with four speakers played at a lower volume.

My speakers are B&W and retailed in the same price ballpark as the ci200qr you mention and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't feel the extra cost would have been worthwhile. If money is no object then perhaps things would be different.
