I am a complete novice when it comes to networking and I am need of some help.

I have just had Infinity installed and the HH3 is not good enough for wireless and I am wondering if this is a good replacement for it Buffalo Wireless-N300 Cable Router / Access Point or is it best to use it as an extender?

The spec is here http://www.ebuyer.com/201376-buffalo-wireless-n300-cable-router-access-point-whr-g300nv2-eu.

Or do I go for this http://www.ebuyer.com/151399-buffalo-airstation-wireless-n-access-point-router-whr-g300n

Thanks in advance

I think they're both the same - the "V2" is probably a newer model, that's it.

To be completely honest, I have one of these (can't remember which exactly) and an old D-Link DIR-615, and I find that the D-Link is actually better in terms of wireless range/strength. YMMV as usual...
