    Hi Guys,

I don't know if anyone can help me with this as i appreciate everyones screens are of different shapes and sizes.

The picture on my screen from the H79 was slightly out a t the bottom, so I discovered the Vertical and Horizontal shift settings and tried to alter it.

I have now made it 100 times worse  , so I was wondering if there was a reset button or if someone had a similar size screen who could help me.

My screen is a 16;9 8 foot wide screen if this helps.

    Thanks in advance:smashin:

Speaking from memory, I think there may be a reset option using the remote and the relevant menu.

In terms of the shift options, the vertical shift can be done from the menu and the wheel on top of the projector. I find the menu option is limited in it's range compared to the wheel . The horizontal shift can only be operated from the remote/menu.

If the picture was only out at the bottom it may be a keystone issue which is adjustable on the menu options.

    I hope this helps.

    Cheers Kev,

Glad the 989 is looking good.

Still trying to play about with the settings, but I keep making it worse:mad:

If you are ever across this way again give me a bell or pop in and see if you can try.

It is more annoying when the format is letterbox as you can see the gradient oif the line going up.

    Cheers mate
